I WILL JUST SAY I HOPE NO ONE EVER HAS AN EMERGENCY AND HOPING FOR SOME HUMAN COMPASSION OR EMPATHY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL WHEN I SHOWED UP AFTER SPENDING EIGHT HOURS IN 115 DEGREE HEAT AT DMV REPLACING MY STOLEN DL AND ID. THEY WOULDNT EVEN HELP ME GET A RIDE TO THE BANK TO MEET THE BANK CARD REQUIREMENTS. THEY DONT MAKE EXCEPTIONS EVEN IF YOU WERE SOMEBODY THEY THOUGHT WAS WORTH THE TROUBLE I DOUBT THEY WOULD TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT BECAUSE THEY LACK BASIC HOSPITALITY SKILLS. Brand new and UGLY!!!! This hotel is brand new. The rooms are beyond ugly. Very much like a hospital room. Not worth the cheap

Room had no shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, tissue, iron, ironing board, blow dryer or coffee maker. When I asked the front desk for an iron, I was told to go to the front desk, however, the front desk was closed. I called the front desk again and was told to go back to the front desk. When I arrived I was told that they only had 2 irons; 1 iron was broken and the other iron needed to be fixed. I was told I could take the iron and fix it myself or come back in a hour which was ridiculous. Very disappointing!!

This seemed like a new hotel. Pictures looked good online. When we got there everything was locked. I had to call the hotel so that someone came out to open the lobby. Very weird. Went in the lobby restroom. They had no soap and it was dirty. Our room seemed a bit dirty. The restroom had hairs on the toilet and shower. Floor looked dirty. There were crumbs on the table. Weird clients. Appears to be a social/welfare case dumping place. No service, bed making, cleaning whatsoever!

Two hours to check in. Room is not ready after you check in. Did not honor reservations. Room with dirty floors. Did not compensate for conditions

I got to the hotel at 2:55pm and I didn’t get checked in until 3:30pm the line was long and they only had one person working the front desk.
