It was very clean. However, you cannot get enough towels bc they only let you get them 1x/day for a fee and there aren’t enough to begin with. There is no room service or even a coffee maker. This is fine if you want to live here (as many people do) but not appropriate for a one to two night stay. The parking is full at night and they have no solution for this. Even though it’s non smoking, it smells very smoky.
Kitchenette but absolutely no items you would need to actually use it (pans, plates, utensils, etc..). No complimentary coffe pot, hair dryer, etc... This was four walls and a bed!
None. The attendance keeps knocking on my door instead of calling on the phone. The bed was so uncomfortable.
No sleep No shampoo in bathroom. Walked barefoot in room and my feet were filthy (black on bottom. There was a sensor light in room. We turned it off To go to bed but the lights still kept coming on every two hours. Horrible night’s sleep. Walls were very thin. Could hear everything that was going on next door.
Couldnt check. Because dont take cash and i only had my EDD debit/credit card and wouldnt accept that. Needed a major credit card, but was not told this while making my reservatiin. Did not stat there.
Expedia suck you guys owe me money everything is horrible the services and the agents that are supposed to do customer service i want my momey back or i will sue
Room was pretty big but it didn’t have a lounge chair to sit so had to be on the beds. They did have restaurant type chairs that looked uncomfortable and in my opinion out of place in a hotel. Room did not have a mirror outside of the bathroom. There was no option for PPV movies on the TV. Bathroom had no tissues. Bath tub did not have hand rails in the shower, this is something I always see in hotel bathrooms and a feature I 0 need if there is no anti slip at the bottom of the tub/shower.
