I had some issues with a certain staff member, Rochelle and Sasha made sure it got corrected and spoke to that staff member, when I am in this area I always stay here but haven’t been here in almost 6 months but they still remember me for all good reasons Thanks to the both of you for always treating me with top notch customer service

All the drawers and cabinets were open when I arrived in the room. In the morning while in the shower, I found that there were no bath towels in the room. I had to dry with a hand towel. I moved the bedside table out to use the electrical outlet and found garbage from a previous guest. I wanted to report to the front desk at checkout but no one was at the desk and I couldn’t wait any longer.
