Great customer service Booking room was great, the problem came when the hotel employee call me 30 minutes before check in that they did not have any double rooms available that was very upsetting, and asked if I wanted a king or queen room so with having 3 people with me I just took a king maybe all 3 of us could manage, 10 or 15 minutes later I received a call stating that they had other options for me and it was a great one thanks to young lady that called me it made my stay more better, she had very good customer service... read more

Well Worth the Stay Big, quiet room - even though it's directly under Will Rogers flight path. A/C was just fine. AND>>>there's a full size fridge, sink & counter and two stove top burners and plenty of basic pots/pans/plates etc. Decor is unobtrusive and I like the closet curtain. I also liked that the hotel is not squeezed on any side by other businesses. Staff was great in every interaction. You could quibble with a few things >>> Newspaper would be nice. Smells like smoke but promotes smoke free We had 2 rooms. 1 room smelled fine but A/C did not work well. The other room smelled heavily of smoke but A/C worked great.

visiting I enjoyed myself, my room was perfect friendly staff overall was great. Just the breakfast was not that great but besides that I enjoyed it ..!!!!!
