Ok hotel. Beds were super hard. Pillows were flat

Go-to hotel in OKC! This is my new go-to hotel in OKC. It is affordable. It sits back away from any major roads. So, it is very quiet. It is centrally located and right next door to Target. So, it's very convenient. Lori is the manager and she takes good care of you. The water was hot. The ac was cool. It is safe. Had a good tv and a good mattress. Some rooms do not have carpet which is VERY unappealing for me. Lori gladly changed my room to one with carpeting.

Mediocre stay. Great front desk representatives. No room service for the three days that I stayed. The people at the front desk were all quite polite, very helpful, and exceedingly kind. If you leave the premises, just know that your key will get deactivated every single time so you will need to visit the front desk each time you return to the hotel to get your key reactivated.

The front desk and anyone that I ran into that worked there were nice and helpful. As the saying goes you pay for what you get. I had no expectations except cleanliness. When things are this worn out they just look dirty even if they are cleaned after each visit. No I will not be staying there again.
