ESA Oklahoma City-NW The staff was friendly and helpful, but the building itself was not very clean. I made a few calls to repair a light that was not working between the beds that never got repaired. They did not show in the maintenance log that I had called and made the request after they said they would send maintenance to look at it. The screens in both windows had large holes in them. Needs Improvement Our room smelled terrible, there were stains all over the floor, the sheets were wrinkled as if they hadn't been washed, the hotel entrance was so hidden that we were lost for 30 minutes even with a map. It was an all-around bad experience. Oh yeah, the elevator door had obsenities etched into it and the floor of the elevator was broken and peeling up.

Disappointed Bed creaked, bath/shower switch not working properly, TV remote needs replacing, bathroom door would not close. The worst was the lack of insulation - if someone is walking around in the room above you, you will hear every footstep. I heard other complaints to the front desk as I passed by. Avoid this place.

Would never stay there again First of all, this hotel is almost impossible to find, even with a GPS. It is hidden behind an Office Depot store on a street that is hidden from the main highway. Then after arriving, the check-in clerk was someone who definitely was not happy with her job. The hotel is old, the halls were narrow and the bathroom had scum around the faucets and baseboards. We could not wait to get out of there.

Not Impressed I was told there was a pool, but, disappointingly, there was not. They gave you a pass to go several miles away to a fitness center, who's pool and hot tub at the time were "broken". There was really nothing complimentary about the room. No shampoo, conditioner, klenexes, not even a pen and pad to write on. I have to say that I also have slept on much softer beds during my travel stays with other hotels.

looks can be deceiving the rooms were kind of old and dirty. there was a hole in the sink. the shower curtain made me dizzy due to the pattern. the housekeeping kept knocking on the door even though it wasn't time for check out. the phone was not wiped down/unsanitary.
