Not at all good I didn't like anything about this Hotel. The passage smelled very bad..the carpet in my room was horrible...I stayed for 4 nights and there was no room service at all...not even once...even though I booked non smoking room the bathroom smelled like if someone smoked in there...I will never ever stay there again and will not recommend anyone...

overall hotel was very dirty The room smelled like a dirty dog and there was no soap in bathroom and only 1 towel. There were stains every where on the carpet. The hallways looked like a war zone with carpet ripped up in certain areas and stains on the walls and floors. The location is great but the hotel is bad.

Stayed in cleaner, safer hotels in Calcutta during the war. What a dump!!!!!

It was the worst treatment I have ever received in my adult life. Room with large indentations in the wall; a window that fell off the hinges; cigarette burns in the comforter; and a bathroom fan that did not operate. Next room inoperable bathroom fan; lighting failed; limited use of outlets. Colleagues was locked out of the room, despite the room being paid for in advance. The night attendant was belligerent when I inquired about why the billing was not consistent with payments made.

TERRIBLE This hotel is not suitable for any one to even breathe the air in, let alone stay the night. The room was filthy, the a/c did not cool the room and the t.v. barely worked. I will not be back to this hotel and would not recomend it to anyone.

Extended Stay America-OKC Worst hotel in history. The beds in basic training were a lot more comfortable than the ones in here. It looks nice on the outside. Get inside and it really looks like a prison. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. It may be located close to the mall and a couple of restaurants but pay a little more and get peace of mind and a good nights sleep.

Extended Stay NW Expressway This was a horrible experience!! I checked in at 3:30PM and was told that it would be another 15 minutes before my room was clean. Even though I felt the room should have been clean by check in time (3:00) I agreed to wait. 45 minutes later and my room was still not cleaned. With attitude from the front desk staff (like any of this was my fault) they finally provided a room which was non-smoking and allowed us to smoke in it. Not the place to stay We stayed at this hotel for one night last week and the only reason we stayed was because it was too late at night to go searching for another. When we arrived we were told that they did not have any of the king rooms that we had booked, I don't know if that was their fault or hotels.com, either way we were not happy.
