DON'T GO THERE!!!! This property has structural damage to the floors under the carpeting, you feel holes and cracks all over. Trash cans outside over flowed the entire time we stayed (trash and cigarettes). The elevator was nasty with trash and cigarette butts and the smell was horid. When you could find someone at the desk they couldn't help you. We felt unsafe due to lighting issues outside and location and the construction people who obviously stayed there while working and lurked in the halls and outer areas after dark. ... read more

Never will send anyone there again!!! I sent guests there and they could not stay there the conditions were so bad. I was embarrassed and saddened that my out of town guests were disgusted at their arrival. There was hair on the pillow, crumbs in the pillow, carpets were dirty, smelled of mildew. Upon checkin, they went to the room, saw the conditions and left.

. The room had a strong spicy food odor. The staff graciously cleaned it again. I popped corn. But nothing diluted the smell.

Not impressed Hotel room was dirty found things under the sheets. My children would not sleep under the covers. The hotel had a funny smell that we could not tolerate found another hotel the next morning. They did give a refund for the nights not stayed.

won't return survey says it all....plus they lost power on Christmas Eve and backup generator didn't work.....I realize the weather was unusually bad but they knew the storm was coming and should have tested the generator prior to using it.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in...... This hotel was terrible. The floors were so dirty I wouldn't let the kids walk on them without their shoes. The beds were hard and the sheets looked dingy. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. If it hadn't been so late I would have gone to another hotel. The location was bad as well.......

Needs Improvement Room was not ready until 5:00. One of the staff on board was not very friendly nor hlepful.

Unsatisfactory The hotel was in a great location. I had registered for a queen size bed. My bed was full size and on the box spring was what appeared to be feces or other bodily fluids. The bed was very comfortable. The room was supposed to be non smoking but because ventelation is poor, smoke from the third floor rooms came down. Since I was exhausted I overlooked this and they changed my room the next day.
