Room for improvement After spending many hours researching a hotel for my stay in the area, I selected this hotel based on the pictures and description online. By a wide margin, this hotel did not live up to expectations. The GM, Lori, was very helpful and pleasant, but my overall experience was based on qualities outside of her control, like the appearance of the rooms vs. the pictures, the carpet I refused to walk on w/ bare feet, the rundown parking lot and the paint-chipped entry door. A Very Comfortable Stay! I truly hope I'm getting the Front Desk Attendant's name correctly but I believe it is Veronica. She was so helpful and extremely pleasant upon checking in. She made me feel very welcome as soon as I entered the hotel. My room was clean and nothing was out of place. I enjoyed a comfortable stay for the evening and did not experience any noise or disturbances. The WiFi had a pretty good connection for leisure web surfing. All in all I had a wonderful stay.

nice hidden gem I booked the room last minute on Cheaptickets. When I arrived I found out they were 100% booked. However, they did have a room for me. The staff was awesome. The room clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
