Since expedia over booked and did not mention pet the hotel made things right had to take single bed no doubles available was very happy with them upset with expedia hope to never use expedia again

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean my room was. The amenities are basic; you get what you pay for. The staff is super friendly. It’s certainly not a 5-Star hotel, but definitely comfortable enough for a quick stay when you’re in town.

Continental Breakfast could have better choices. And due to location of the hotel the sign from highway could be bigger since it's located behind a target and next to a office Depot.

There were no clean linens available. THe staff was friendly and helpful about answering questions and giving recommendation aabout restaurants etc. The facility could stand some cleaning and repairs i.e. water faucets that drip, windows that need dusting and cleaned and doors that needed wiping down that were sticky. Thebathroom had a awide handicap type door but the stool was not a handicap height and the bathtub was not handicap friendly. I suppose I shouldhave asked for a handicap room. Room for improvement After spending many hours researching a hotel for my stay in the area, I selected this hotel based on the pictures and description online. By a wide margin, this hotel did not live up to expectations. The GM, Lori, was very helpful and pleasant, but my overall experience was based on qualities outside of her control, like the appearance of the rooms vs. the pictures, the carpet I refused to walk on w/ bare feet, the rundown parking lot and the paint-chipped entry door. A Very Comfortable Stay! I truly hope I'm getting the Front Desk Attendant's name correctly but I believe it is Veronica. She was so helpful and extremely pleasant upon checking in. She made me feel very welcome as soon as I entered the hotel. My room was clean and nothing was out of place. I enjoyed a comfortable stay for the evening and did not experience any noise or disturbances. The WiFi had a pretty good connection for leisure web surfing. All in all I had a wonderful stay.
