Fair The room was nice and clean, however there was an empty case of beer under the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I checked in about 3 pm and no representative was in the lobby. I had to use the phone at the front door entrance to contact the representative to come to the front desk. When she arrived she was very pleasant and helpful. If you are a weekly guest, which is 3 days or longer, then cleaning staff will only clean your room once a week.

One night in NW OKC Did not care for nor understand why the $100 deposit upon check-in. Since we only stayed one night, we did not get to advantage of having a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of room. The room was clean. The grab and go breakfast was not restocked so by the time we got to it there were only two items left, both something that only one of us would eat.

Nice close to the mall The hotel was great I just wish they had a better breakfast selection.
