Disgruntled Guests My wife and I have booked rooms multiple times within the last 30 days and I have requested the same room twice in the hope that they had the maintenance issues taken care of that we verbally instructed needed fixed in that certain room. The issues were not taken care of. There is also a young gentleman that works the pm shift that is continuously rude and abrasive in his interactions with guests. Loud fan. Everything was good. The faucet in bathroom drips and the fan in the bathroom ran even when it was turned off. I had a very hard time sleeping. I did let the front desk know.

For the cost they should provide a breakfast other then granola bars and muffins. Other places offer more for the same prices.
