Location. Very sweet staff:!! There were a few "fix it problems" in the room.

I did not like that I had to request, each day, bed make up service.

As promised, this hotel IS dog friendly! All the way from check in to nice places to walk my dog in the morning I was thrilled to find a place in Olympia where I can bring my dog.

We liked that the property was as advertised, plus unlike other extended stay places that we've stayed, they don't leave dishes from the last guests. Rather, you say exactly what you need from a list they provide and they are brought to your room. In this way, they ensure that you get just what you want and that it is all in good working order.

We liked the fact that the staff accommodated our request for an accessible toilet and that the mattress was very comfortable. In addition, the room was spotless!
