Close-ish to surfing, easy parking, larger fridge. Air conditioner was noisy, lots of marks on wall and furniture, have to ask for silverware and plates.

Staff was nice but both stair hallways were filled with dog urine. Smelled horrible in both locations. Hotel is decently clean but nothing special, not horrible.
