The hotel ran out of soap. There was a kitchen but it was barely stocked. There are no amenities - no pool, gym, spa, etc.. There is no maid service if you stay less than 8 days. I would not recommend this hotel.

Never staying at this hotel brand again The room was unclean, not stocked, smelled like cigarettes, very small, uncomfortable beds and there was zero hotel service. If you want towels or anything, you have to visit the desk. We were missing silverware, pots, dish soap, shampoo, knives and our toaster was broke and even so, they wouldn't bring them up to the room. Their breakfast was uninspiring to say the least. Don't check in late After having car trouble on the road to Cali from Las Vegas, we finally made it to the hotel at 1 a.m. We were tired and ready for some good sleep. After checking in and getting our room keys, we enter our room to find out it has not been cleaned at all. There was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom and the bed was a mess. You get what you pay for Size of the room was the only good thing about this place. The room was not very clean.

Cutting every Corner Our major complaint was that we reported a used syringe in the parking lot on a friday to the front desk. It remained until Tuesday. Maybe it was just a careless diabetic that dropped their needle, maybe something else, but to allow that on their grounds for four days is 100% unacceptable. My rating is based mostly on this, but I feel that it is a VERY valid complaint considering what it was about. The "breakfast" shouldn't be allowed to be advertised as such. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG This is the 3ard time I have stay, and each time I have requested an upper floor. Each time the personal at the hotel failed to read this request and I was assigned a lower floor. Even when I checked in early and requested that they change and give me an upper floor --- they could not be bothered to do so. WOW --- What kind of customer serbvice is that? This combined with many other items, shows me that the managment at this hotel just does not care. You are luck you have any stars at all.
