Hairy, dirty, and stinky hotel There was human hair on my bed. The customer service was not impressive. Other Extended Stays keep dishes, pans, etc. in your room, but they didn't offer that here. There was garbage underneath the bed and the drawers in the kitchen and in the dresser were gross. The bed was uncomfortable. The whole place had a musky smell to it. The breakfast wasn't good. They offered coffee, packaged muffins, and granola bars.

Don't stay here The staff at the hotel were kind and prompt- but The actual room was uncomfortable and smelled like cigarette smoke. Pillows smelled like chemicals so those were placed on the floor- I found hairs in the sheets and the counters had rings and were sticky as though they were never cleaned.

My room hadn't been prepared by maid service I requested a refund due to room not being ready and cleaned by maid service. Front desk clerk Bree offered to clean it herself while I wait. I arrived at 7:00 pm. I requested a refund and drove around looking for a different hotel and ended up having to pay for a $400 room elsewhere.

Very disappointed I Reserved a room with 1 king size and got a queen size, all they could do for me was giving me a 20% discount. the continental breakfast is just coffe and a breakfast bar.

Almost like a hotel The hotel was more like a neglected college dorm with very little amenities or service. Check-in was complicated by lack of service at the front desk for 20 minutes after we locked our cards in the room. The bathroom sink was broken and would not drain until we figured out the next day how to empty it from underneath. The night front desk representative, Bree, was concerned and sympathetic, ultimately obtaining a comped night for our troubles. A few things you should know before staying here We did not enjoy our stay , there is no housekeeping if you need more towels you have to take dirty ones to front desk.no wake up call , no alarm clock in room had to go to front desk for clock , dishes for kitchen. No ice machine in hotel and air conditioner did not work properly. My family nor I will ever stay at an extended stay hotel again.

Disappointing for the price. The only positive was the beds were comfortable. This is a bare bones hotel and for the price it was not worth it. Kitchen had a stove, refrigerator, and microwave but no dishes, coffee maker, toaster, or anything else, cabinets were bare. I asked for a coffeemaker to be delivered to room, but never got it. No thank you!! I was not happy with the service overall, I feel the front desk was not friendly or inviting. I understand their system was down, and we could not check in on time, it was pretty late also (11pm). So we decided to kill time and grab some drinks, so they can fix the problem.
