Clean and adequate. You have to request kitchen suppiles, slow delivery.

pretty good was very very loud at the end of the hall! Lots of banging The bedding was very old and thin for how nice the room was. ZERO bath amenities and the towels also old and ratty!

Comfortable and convenient place to stay I was happy with my trip in Orange County; I felt like home while staying in the hotel.

Basically ok Good value for the price. Very clean. No ice machines in hotel. Would stay here again.

This is my choice hotel when visiting this area. Location is great, not too far, too close to noise, urban area, within few miles to eating, entertainment. Room is clean, enough of things you need and more. Staff is friendly, you'll have your privacy here. Highly recommended!

Still convenient, but not quite as good this time Overall, a very convenient location for my business trips. Generally, they do a very good job, and have been a good place to stay for business. This time, however, the room wasn't quite ready (no TP or towels in the room), and at 1:00 am, the smoke alarm started beeping loudly because the backup battery was going dead. Convenient Everything was fine. Nothing extra here. Appears to be college kids managing the place, which was fine but sometimes immature. Quality of linens and toiletries were below average and stained.

dirty room, unacceptable Check in was ok, the room was filthy. The shower still had stains and the sink still had toothpaste left over. The mirror had spots from water and the beds didn't smell like they were cleaned recently. I was not very happy but I'm not the type to go complain to the front desk. I most likely will not stay at any Extended Stay again this was my first time with my family. It's not worth the price for the quality or lack there of you get.
