Good, pricey stay! Regular Extended Stay fare. This place would have received all 5 points had I not been reminded so many times that the rooms were non-smoking and threatened with all sorts of penalties if rule is violated. Some customer service etiquette would go a long way for the lady I met at the front desk.

Enjoyed our stay, one morning tho, breakfast was put away before the time it ended. Had to go to a local place to eat.
Not bad Staff was very helpful and kind. Further away from the dog beach but that was my fault.

Nice place but could be better The rooms look newly renovated and very clean. Check in was fast and easy. Going down the hall to our room, we noticed a bunch of plastic bags with dishes in them, one had a toaster, sitting outside a few of the rooms. We found our room and there was a bag outside of it also. It had dishes and a strainer inside. I can only assume they were dropped off after the rooms were cleaned and never put away properly? Minimal customer service. Our room smelled like stale urine. We had someone reclean the bathroom....but it still smelled
Great for families. Great location. Our family visited Huntington Beach. Your hotel was a great location. It had the amenities we needed that fit within our budget. Your staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was 2 days into our stay, one of our rooms started to get these small black flies. We couldn't find what was bringing them into our room until we looked under the sink and found a trash can full of OLD trash, that was NOT ours, we don't know how long it had been there, that was now breeding flies. Hotel is very close to Seal Beach area Hotel is located around Seal Beach area which I was visiting with friends. Pricing point is reasonable considering other hotels in the area. The in room kitchen did not have any utensils! No dishes, pots, pans, etc. Maybe this was an oversight on my part when I booked the room but there was no indication that there would be an additional charge for this during the booking process. Very nice Nice, helpful staff. Checked us in early which was a big help. Clean room, comfortable beds, quiet. Only suggestion is to wash the windows!
