Once a year getaway I was in town with a friend for a concert. Check in was 3p room wasnt ready. I was given another room around 415p. Room and parking was fine. But trying to get checked in was not a simple process. Talked to another checking in. She had a dirty room also. But she did say she didnt have issues during previous stays.

Was a little disappointed with the condition of the hotel, seemed run down. The lock on our door didn't work and at 9:30 in the morning housekeeping knock on our door saying they were supposed to clean the room. I told them we would be leaving soon and then the desk called and said they had been told we needed late checkout. I explained that we didn't, we would be leaving soon but had the room until 11. It was very awkward.

Parking was good, safe area. Room was dirty and dusty. Offered kitchen but no pot or pan to cook. Shower flooded bathroom when showering and shower head attachment kept falling down which contributed to flooding the floor.

Bed was incomfortable

Perfect location for concert! Has a kitchenette but no pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to take advantage of. There’s a fridge and microwave. The check-in was fast and routine. There’s a 7-11 and Starbucks next door that was convenient to grab n go! Stayed her to attend a concert at Fivepoint Amphitheater that was the perfect location!
