Location is walking distance to five points concerts, very convenient. Staff very friendly. Rooms are older, not a problem, but were not as clean as they could be. Work on the details and would be a nice spot.
Once a year getaway I was in town with a friend for a concert. Check in was 3p room wasnt ready. I was given another room around 415p. Room and parking was fine. But trying to get checked in was not a simple process. Talked to another checking in. She had a dirty room also. But she did say she didnt have issues during previous stays.

Was a little disappointed with the condition of the hotel, seemed run down. The lock on our door didn't work and at 9:30 in the morning housekeeping knock on our door saying they were supposed to clean the room. I told them we would be leaving soon and then the desk called and said they had been told we needed late checkout. I explained that we didn't, we would be leaving soon but had the room until 11. It was very awkward.
