Carley the front desk person, was very polite and helpful
Lovely staff. Interiors could use an upgrade. The folks running the office were very helpful and very nice to talk to. The room had comfortable beds but the room interior could certainly use a renovation. The hotel is pretty old and it shows. But a lovely place to stay when attending a concert at Five Points Amphitheater. Easy walk from the hotel which we never would’ve known if the hotel staff didn’t explain the directions. Do not go off you google maps. You will take the long route.

1 Night OK Well it obvious that this particular place rents to live there , which is quite alright . My concerns is whom is cleaning should bit a bit more thorough. There was someone else's hair on back of toilet . The room we stayed in could use a paint job. Nicholas had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :) Other than that it did the job for 1 night while we stepped out for concert
