I had no blow dryer in my room. The shower head was was clogged. The water was not very hot.

We have stayed at Extended Stay many times. This is one of the nicer ones but still not high standards in cleanliness and service. My daughter checked us in one night and the guy behind the counter was really rude. It was about 11pm at night. The guy made them wait outside for about 10 minutes while it was raining and cold before he would open the doors. Then he threw the keys at my daughter and walked away. I never saw that guy.
