Thank you Gloria check in was by fsr the best part of my experience. Gloria is amazing! She so friendly and welcoming you feel like you just came to visit a relative. The rooms were really clean and it was always staff available.
No pool The pool was closed down if I had known I wouldn’t even have booked a stay there. But elevator consistently smell like weed every time we went down it. I called down for sheets and they never brought them up for the pull out bed
