Nice location by convention center. Good parking. Very friendly staff. Property could use a facelift. Room was pretty clean, except for a stray dirty wash cloth in the shower (yuk). Biggest disappointment: no dishes, no utensils, no cookware - totally bare kitchen. With a dishwasher... go figure.

Quite stay Nice and quiet room! Very clean! Walking distance to Denny’s and Friendly’s restaurants! Check in was quick and smooth!

The stay was ok. The room was clean but you can tell that some of the appliances need updating. The hood over the stove was very rusty. The toilet’s flusher did not work correctly and the water pipe in the bath was almost falling off. We asked for extra towels and they did not have any. The people were really nice and friendly but the whole hotel could use an upgrade.

The rooms were ok . The smell of the hotel is disgusting . Needs better lighting everywhere, in the hallways , the bathooms, even the main lobby. Looks gloomy. The rooms were semi-clean . The bathrooms just need to be knocked down and redone and cleaned ! And the design of the door to the bathroom is terrible . You can barely get in and out of the bathroom from how small it and there’s no space for the restroom door to fully open . Needs some updating . Never will stay here again. The amenities that are offered were not available, you had to put your name on a waiting list which is unacceptable. The place is dated and throughout the halls you smell nothing but people smoking weed. The air conditioner is so loud and the tv connection kept going out.
