My orlando stay We stayed 3 nights. Very clean, quiet, sunny room. Laundry facilities. Loved the kitchen area. Full size fridge, and microwave 😊

The Universal ESA is a very well managed hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are always willing to accommodate your requests so it is something worth pointing out. No it is not a new hotel but it is well maintained with the maintenance guy always ready to take care of the issue. The only thing that the ESA chain really lacks on is the Wi-Fi which is very slow. ESA Universal is a safe place that seems to work really well. They are at the top of my ESA list for sure.

New Years Eve I love the size of the room. Super spacious including kitchen and dining room. It was like an apartment. Great price it was a deal. I will definitely come back.

El pasillo tenia olor a cigarrillo y nuestras habitaciones eran de no fumador, fuera de eso todo estaba excelente, habitacion grande, con estufa, nevera, 2 camas y sofa-cama. El baño es pequeño pero en general la habitacion muy comoda y por el precio está perfecto. El wi-fi es de mala calidad.
