ESA location could use some love/cleaning 🙏 Ive stayed here once before and i had one of the cleanest rooms ive ever seen at an Extended Stay (having lived at one in Deerfield Bch years ago when i moved to FL. But this last trip (6/3-6/5/2020) the carpet (esecially near the bathroom area) stunk like sweaty, stubky FEET. And the items in the comfort packages that are offered should all be operative to be useful. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was great! Enjoyed my stay!
Dont get me wrong, this hotel is very clean. It looks decent from the inside but it is very very clean to my surprise. The breakfast was awful. The milk was very sour. There was not much variety in the breakfast included. There was no eggs but there was fruit and yogurt. There was also coffee as well. Staff is very friendly in this hotel. The gymnasium is pretty small. If you are looking for a hotel to stay and you have money for food this hotel is perfect. You get to clean your own room Room was small and it smelled strange. No housekeeping unless you stay 7 days or longer. Had to exchange towels at front desk daily. I won’t stay here again

Loved staying at this property until Lana the behemoth lied & told me she couldn't take my Federal I'd that they SCAN into the computer. I usually stay at this location Everytime I'm in Orlando due to it's proximity to all of the attractions.
