Was told we would have 1 day of housekeeping and did not. Was not told we needed to go to the front desk for fresh linens. Lamps beside the bed did not work and the bed would move up when you sat on the edge to put on shoes.

I have to start with I loved my stay at "Extended Stay America" Joseph and the rest of staff made everything easy and pleasant. Hi to one of the house keeper Milagros she was very nice. Thanks everyone for making my stay as nice and homie as possible

Remember it's an extend-a-stay No frills extend-a-stay. Clean environment. Great location for the price. A little outdated, but clean. I've stayed at several extend a stays and this is a nicer one. Staff was very nice. People are giving it a bad review because there is not daily maid service... this is why the price is so reasonable. If you want your bed made up everyday, trash removed daily, a hot breakfast buffet and you don't want to stop at the front desk for clean towels then pay the extra to stay at a different hotel. ... read more

It’s okay I loved the location of this hotel to SeaWorld. It was very convenient. The room was clean and big. I did not use the kitchen since I only stayed two nights. I found the bed and pillows to be horrible. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were small flat. I checked out at 6am because I was so ready to get home to my bed.

Property was near eatery’s and mall. Room was okay. Food still in frig from previous guest. Staff did not have linen for sofa bed until after 10pm - No one ever came to remove food left from previous guest - not happy overall with stay. Understaffed. Will not return in the future.
