It was okkay, front desk service could have been more cordial!!

It was in proximity of attractions. Our intention was to go to Disney World and we were there within minutes.

The property was nice, updated, and VERY CLEAN/Sanitized including the accommodations. The only ISSUES NOT complaints would be there were no kitchens supplies for the room in the room, get from front desk. I understand its most likely to keep track of inventory, but its a hassle; especially to go back to the front desk to retrieve it. The other would be there needs to be a sign for the elevator / front desk on the second floor put it ABOVE the Housekeeping sign so one knows thats the way down. Was told we would have 1 day of housekeeping and did not. Was not told we needed to go to the front desk for fresh linens. Lamps beside the bed did not work and the bed would move up when you sat on the edge to put on shoes.

Remember it's an extend-a-stay No frills extend-a-stay. Clean environment. Great location for the price. A little outdated, but clean. I've stayed at several extend a stays and this is a nicer one. Staff was very nice. People are giving it a bad review because there is not daily maid service... this is why the price is so reasonable. If you want your bed made up everyday, trash removed daily, a hot breakfast buffet and you don't want to stop at the front desk for clean towels then pay the extra to stay at a different hotel. ... read more

It’s okay I loved the location of this hotel to SeaWorld. It was very convenient. The room was clean and big. I did not use the kitchen since I only stayed two nights. I found the bed and pillows to be horrible. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were small flat. I checked out at 6am because I was so ready to get home to my bed.
