Very affordable! Nice hotel. Good place nice staff!!! Can't complain. The rooms are clean. Aircon is working fine :) its worth the price. Continue the good work Extended Stay America! Definitely we will be coming back. Thank You!

Bueno en sentido general La ubicación del hotel es buena, muy cerca de seaworld y aquatica. El hotel en general no está mal, las habitaciones están cómodas pero la limpieza no es la mejor. La piscina prácticamente fuera de uso, no estaba limpia, no pudimos usarla. El desayuno muy bueno con mucha variedad. El personal bien amable, muy a disposición. Tops every time Always comfotyable,quiet, friendly,clean,good price. Can walk to convention ctr and sea world. On trolly and bus lines to anywhere.Great large kitchen with dishes, pans etc. Clean pool. Nice 3 day stay. Best place i stayd of 8 on 2 month trip.

Stayed here many times over the past 14 years. Hotel always met basic needs and was very reasonably priced. Recently, prices have increase and service has decreased. There are countless options in Orlando and this will no longer be an option for us. Hotel changing (not for the better), kitchens have ants and night desk staff is RUDE and offers zero help.

Just OK You get what you pay for. I found the concept unusual, you get a kitchenette but it's not stocked, you have to collect utensils, coffee maker etc from the front desk. The rooms are serviced once a week but you can take your towels to the front desk and swap them for clean ones. The breakfast was very basic but served the purpose. Old bed and even though we had booked for three adults, the sofa bed had no linen, so back to the front desk for that. Clean enough but not spotless. Great place for a short or long stay Room was large and comfortable and new. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Continental breakfast was modest but adequate. A short bus ride or a half hour walk from SeaWorld and Aquatica.

Hotel is ok for the super discounted price. We stayed on this hotel because it is very close to the Convention center and very inexpensive (with an discount we got from Expedia). We had a clogged bath tube and asked to move to another room because it was late and the maintenance people were gone. The front desk clerk had no problem moving us to the room right across ours. Nice staff, will stay again. It's a standard extended stay. I've stayed in some that are nicer, but it was more than sufficient and they were so kind to let me check in early. Will stay again!

Very restrictive they charge extra fees and have hidden cameras every where.
