Quick check in the gentlemen in the front was kind and professional.
The staff and guest were very nice and polite. The room is clean and nice size. I feel safe and comfortable.

The room was very spacious with kitchenette and living room area and desk. The evening staff member was unhelpful. Didn't tell me the breakfast details - it ends very early so I missed it. I picked this place for quick walk to convention centre. They do not store luggage so that was a shame like they assume everyone drives and will put their stuff in a car. I was very disappointed/disgusted/saddened to see *multiple cockroaches* in the living room and kitchenette area after checking in.

It's a pet friendly hotel, but people do not pick up after their pet. There was feces all outside of the property.
