We found our single with sofa bed to be clean and in proper condition. We were on the top floor, so it was very quiet -- except for the AC unit that disturbed my sleep each time it came on. It didn't bother my companion, however. A small workout room and small pool, but barely used. Bagels, muffins, yogurt breakfast, but It is a perk that any breakfast was offered since the rooms have kitchens. Aside from the fridge, I didn't use ours.
