I understand this is a low budget property, but you are still hosting people. This property is unsanitary, unclean, and smelled awful. Furniture was stained. Sofa pull-out mattress was stained, torn, smelled, and had a cigarette butt. I shared the bed with my son, and the bed thankfully had a mattress protector, but the mattress itself was also stained (Oh YES I checked!). The carpet in the room and in the hallway smelled horrible and was also horribly stained. This is a very big property, you must do better.

Horrible It was a bad stay smelly, rain came into the room. It was nosey and little to no hot water.

My room & couch smelled like pee, there are fireworks going off every night , people smoke in the rooms, dogs are barking , the hallways are filthy. The staff was nice tho

First room given had no matress in sofa bed, and room smelled of cigarettes. Second room given matress in sofa bed was in poor state and had no linens. Finally I had to pay $15.75 EXTRA from a room with a king bed to a room with two full beds. T.V. is not accesible to both beds at once,since its oriented towards the kitchen and can bed oriented to one bed at a time making it inconvinient. Definitely this "hotel" will bed on my not to reccomend or use list to anyone.

Skip this hotel! Staff were friendly but the property was not kept up well. Trash was on the floor in lobby, elevator, hallways, etc. Room was very unclean as well. Stains on the carpet, walls and sheets. Desk chair was falling apart. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

I got exactly what I paid for. The staff was exceptional. The hotel needs remodeling.
