We went to check in, one of our rooms was given to someone else. The second room when we went up was FILTHY bed wasn't made there was trash all in the room. The other room in our group the room was filthy as well. They had to go to the store and buy their own cleaning supplies. I would NOT recommend this hotel
Never again Was initially told they overbooked my room, and didn't have one available. After a delay they offered a room that was dirty, sticky, and had a hole in the door where the peephole was supposed to go. Bedbugs were a big problem, and the complimentary " breakfast" was a cereal bar.
ROACH MOTEL My daughter and I rented this location for more space so we could go to Disney. To my surprise upon entering hotel it is apparent that there are many living here. Kitchen was not stocked with anything as I have experienced at previous locations. The carpet in this room was beyond disgusting! I have never stayed at a reputable location with a carpet this gross. The biggest issue was R O A C H E S!!! After my daughter fell asleep I went to the fridge to put up some drinks and several roaches were found in the kitch... read more
Don’t even think about it!
It wasn’t breakfast inclusive even though it’s listed breakfast inclusive. Pool is unusable as it’s not kept cleaned… appliances are outdated and the bins won’t cleaned when we 1st checked in
