UNFAIRLY TREATED 😔 LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING. YEARS AND YEARS. BEEN WITHOUT A REAL HOME. A LIT OF PEOPLE LIVE OUT OF HOTEL. ESPECIALLY EXTENDED STAY. FOR SOME REASON. NOT SURE AT ALL WHYYY. OUT OF THE BLUE. ALLL EXSTENDED STAY BANNED ME FROM BOOKING . IM DEVASTATED. HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHYYY. GOOD CHRISTIAN WOMAN AND 25 YEAR OLD AUTISTIC DAUGHTER. WHYYYY. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW. GOOD REVIEW. SERIOUSLY 😒.

I booked two rooms at this location for a party if 4. The man at the front desk was very inappropriate with the young girl who was first to arrive and check in. He tried to give her his room key and made suggestive comments to her. This was supposed to be a smoke free facility, but the hall and both rooms were very smokey. Both rooms had blood on the sheets, floors and other surfaces, as well as smoke stains on the ceilings. One room actually has dried semen on the sheets. The whole experience was terrible. This was the worst experience ever this hotel was very dairy at the entrance on the lobby. They took two hours to assign us a room, assign us a room room with stains and mold. There was two dead roaches on the kitchen area and one crawling in the vet, we complain in the lobby reference to the room he assigned to another one. He has no rocks, but there was no electricity on one side of the room so we couldn’t see the TV or put the lamp on And also we’re not able to use the sofa bed because they were no sofa bed again at 3 o’c... read more

I had to ask for a refund because the room extremely dirty and old the try to move me to a different room but it was the same situation dirty used tissues on the couch and candy wrappers, bathroom had brown statins the bed almost fell off when I sat on it so we left

I don't do reviews but i had to. When we got there nothing was ready. We got 2 rooms and one room did not have a mattress. Both rooms smelled a bit bad. They also, didn't have breakfast only coffee; this is one of the reason we got this hotels. To many issues for what we paid for.

The ceiling in the bathroom was covered with mold in every part of it. Room smelled heavily of smoke. Floor was sticky. Really uncomfortable but front desk said no more available rooms

Don't do it. No staff in building upon arrival, had to wait over 20 minutes to check in. Poor customer service in general. Building smells of old cigarette smoke and grease. Linens are stained, towels not laundered well (two had hair in them), and they are stingy with them. This is NOT meant to be a vacation spot at all.
