The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with something!! She was the best. Rooms are very decent, clean, and have great size! My only complaint is the feel of the bed! If you like firm, you’ll be just fine. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I hope this helps someone bc I definitely wouldn’t have stayed if I knew the beds were so hard! Other than that, great place!!!

Room was clean, area was quiet, friendly staff. Just be aware that if you are looking for a pool, it is closed until further notice with no reopening date.
Great location, lacking otherwise Hotel looks nice from the outside and rooms looked decent at first glance but you can definitely tell its age. Wasn’t made aware that the pool was closed until I checked in which was a bummer since I had my daughter with me. The “grab and go” breakfast was severely lacking. We went to get breakfast around 8:30 and all there was was blueberry muffins, 2 packets of oatmeal, tea packets and coffee. This hotel was sufficient for our needs. Close to the Disney parks and outlet mall. The amenities were fine, no issues, but overall I would call it adequate.
