Slept in car I got there and it was overbooked. I had to sleep in the car. If you book with hotels.com, they will bump you first.

The property did not feel safe at night. After being out all day, I arrived back at the hotel around 12:30 am and there was a party going on in the parking lot. Would not recommend.

The hotel had ants in the room and the tub seemed as though it was painted because the paint was cracking. We never had room service clean our room not once when we were there for 3 days. I won’t ever book a reservation st the extended stay again!! It was not up to par even being in the maitland area.

Bathtub looked dirty turned out it is the finish coming up, outside area not maintained, lobby was dirty people sleeping in the chairs, breakfast area had crumbs all over the.

Room was given away AGAIN. Given a new room that was NOT clean and this was at 11:30pm. We had to clean our OWN room before we slept that night

The room we stayed in was extremely dirty when we checked in. The garbage wasn't emptied. There was clothes in the furniture (Chair and pull out couch). Opened seasoning and food in the cabinets. Ill never stay Extended stay America again. Not much of a grab and go breakfast. Two types of muffins. Coffee with no cream or sugar.
