Bags full of smelly trash outside my room. I asked that it be removed and it was not so I took it down the hall to the trash room.

I didn't like nothing, no hot water in the room ,that was in a Saturday and they said we got to wait to Monday to get the hot water fix.we have booked another hotel that afternoon we were Loki to find another hotel later that day.it wasn't clean like i hope. pool wasn't clean. I never going back here again. worse end of year for me.

The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. The hallway was hot and had an extremely bad smell. My room did not have any hair dryer. However, when I asked for one, I did not get any until I asked again the next day. The water also had a really bad smell The trash can in front of the inn was never cleaned, so was the trash room inside the inn. In conclusion, I was not happy about my three-night stay at the inn. We booked two hours earlier and went in. No greeting from Mr Ricky at all. Mr. Ricky was complaining that he just got the paperwork from Expedia. I have already paid expedia but Mr. Ricky is complaining the rate expedia is giving them is low. Mr. Ricky charged expedia credit card before processing our room just to make sure. Nothing was explained about the facility or breakfast (Breakfast included as per Expedia). Not well maintained property, you can see dirt/dust on the hallways. I rented a suite and had to ask for all the kitchen utensils. 2 days in I noticed roaches on the kitchen walls and counters. I also noticed one in the bathroom floor and one in the fridge. I called the front desk and spoke to lynn and was told it was hard to believe since I was the only person who supposedly complained. The whole week we were their we only had 1 complimentary room clean. I thought there are supposed to come once a day to change out the towels, rags and beds.
