I have been booking with Expedia on a weekly basis for the last year and half. I have never been told I was unable to stay at a location because the room was under my company name. Even after I showed them my booking number I receieved in a email from Expedia.

The outside property was fine, but on several days people were hanging out as if they were at a club. Playing music and talking loud in the middle of the night.We were very excited about staying here, because we have been to different Extended Stays in the past on a few occasions, not to mention, I was there for my graduation and a much need vacation with my family. No hay desayuno, No tienen limpieza en los cuartos Ofrecen desayuno y no lo tienen. Solo era café. No tienen servicio de limpieza en la habitación y me quedé 3 noches podrán imaginar los baños. Tuvimos que bajar a buscar toallas limpias. El sofacama de terror, dormimos en los resortes. El aire acondicionado pésimo. No volveré a ir.

Bad experience The hotel room was disgusting and molded. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The mold was visible and covered the based of the window seals. The bed was pushed against the window where the mold was present. (Pictures attached). We informed the front desk receptionist of our concerns and immediately ask for a new room. The receptionist informed us that they were completely booked for the night and no additional rooms were available.
