The staff at the desk was nice and friendly. They didn't have the room I reserve ready, so they upgraded us. When we walked into the "upgraded" room the sleeper sofa was half way pulled out with the cushions on the floor and no bedding for it in the room. The window in the bedroom would not close, the mattress was so worn that my son keep rolling of the bed, there was no batteries in the remotes for the TV's and the bathroom light would randomly turn off while taking a shower.

We liked that the room was very spacious. Didn't like that a continental breakfast was not served.

Great check in. The wonderful young woman at the front desk was so accommodating. I arrived a little before check in time and she was able to secure me a room. Especially appreciated since I was traveling with two small dogs and the Florida heat was extrem.
