Everyone that was there working or passing by was very friendly. If we needed something we asked and they even gave u directions
The room was decent however the bathroom had long black hair all over the tub. When reported to the front desk they wanted to offer me another room however I had already checked in was settled. I have stayed in extended stays before but never encountered that before. Very disappointed!!!
I really enjoyed my stay here at Extended Stay America.
Everything was good except the room had an oder, I went and bought air freshener and put in the room. bed was very comfortable, got two good night's sleep. wish there breakfast was a little more, coffee but no juice for the kids.
Not worth the price The room had a musty odor and there were little bugs in the bathroom sink and on the table near the sofa bed. I notified management and she didn't respond nor correct the issue. Based on this issue, I will not be staying at this hotel again.
