Great check in. The wonderful young woman at the front desk was so accommodating. I arrived a little before check in time and she was able to secure me a room. Especially appreciated since I was traveling with two small dogs and the Florida heat was extrem.
We arrived late (after midnight), and 3 of the lights in our room weren't working. We had 6 people staying in our room and needed to use the pull-out sofa, but found that it only had a mattress covered in torn plastic and no bedding whatsoever available for it. It was late so there was no one at the desk to ask for bedding.
Wish the breakfast had more of a variety other than muffins and granola bars. Sofa sheets and an exact amount of towels should be in room ready if its being booked for 6 people. Other than that i freaking love this hotel. Especially the kitchen.
