Helpful staff The staff was really helpful and courteous. I had to book an extra night but was going to come really late to check in. They allowed me to do so before leaving out in the morning

Stay on 11-22 to 11-25 general basic room. Nothing surprised me in a positive manner. Location was not that great but that is partly due to all the construction going on in that area and Orlando in general. Price for an efficiency apt was too high for what you got. Free breakfast was nothing more than instant oatmeal, single granola bars and a coffee dispenser. Price was jacked up when shopping for a motel - but that could be part of Trevago's doing. This is not a place that I would go out of my way to stay in the future.

Close to I-4, Office Parks and restaurants Hotel management and staff responsive to requests and helpful with information regarding the surrounding area, I have been using this facility for the past six months for myself and other members of my team and we all are very satisfied.

Great Hotel, just off I-4. Management staff very involved with guest experience. John Waters, General Manager and his assistant GM, Josh are on top of this operation and value the input that is received from their guests and it shows. I would rank these gentlemen A+.

Adequate It was adequate. That's really all I can say. I needed a room and they had one for not a terrible price. The hallways were kinda dirty but the rooms were fine. The breakfast was a joke...coffee and some packaged muffins and granola bars. Yuck.
