We certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. We never want to mislead our guests. The building needs to be updated and cleaned better. It was very loud at night, no sound barriers at all between the rooms. The location in Maitland is nice and I felt safe. I found resorts for the same price with the same long term offerings, plus daily house keeping. I have decided to try the resorts out instead.

Good stay for a business trip. Hotel worked out great for a one night stay that put me really close to where I needed to be in Apopka.

Would stay again Was skeptical about staying here because of the reviews. Paola and Ariel (?) were professional, courteous and helpful. Explained there was no kitchen supplies in the room but asked if we needed them. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. Breakfast was a variety of muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. Better than some hotels we've stayed at.
