Very noisy room I was promised that I would be placed on the 3rd floor where it would be quieter. Instead I was put on the 1st floor in a very noisy area. The desk clerks I dealt with were all nice and helpful--I know they meant well. Never slept at all that night partially because of the loud refrigerator. Also, the tv channels were very limited, and most of them had a lot ofvsnow and static. The room seemed clean, and it was nice having a kitchen---although I never ended up using it anyway. Great hotel I enjoy staying and prices are great!
Great room, good location and great for the price. I would have rated a little higher had we not had issues with the air conditioning and unfortunately while the front desk girl the first 2nights was very pleasant she didnt take care of the issue as promised. My husband had to find a maintenance man directly to resolve. Having said that tho, when I spoke to someone else about our issue she was quick to apologize and try to make things right. Good hotel for your money. Our stay was great. Front desk staff was helpful. Conveniently located to malls and highway.

One of the better hotels in the area. I was told by the staff that this was one of the better hotels in the area. I believe them from what I saw. I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.
