Not bad value for money Old building. Room was clean but smelled not good. A lot of towels for 1 person but no shampoo. There was a kitchen with appliances including microwave oven and big refrigerator. That is very helpful if staying long time. Scant breakfast: coffee, cakes, fruits. Not bad for about 60 dollars per night.

Extended Stay Orlando Great experience. Room was clean and spacious. Everything at the desk was in order when I arrived and would visit again. Only thing that could of been a little better was the breakfast

Very noisy room I was promised that I would be placed on the 3rd floor where it would be quieter. Instead I was put on the 1st floor in a very noisy area. The desk clerks I dealt with were all nice and helpful--I know they meant well. Never slept at all that night partially because of the loud refrigerator. Also, the tv channels were very limited, and most of them had a lot ofvsnow and static. The room seemed clean, and it was nice having a kitchen---although I never ended up using it anyway. Great room, good location and great for the price. I would have rated a little higher had we not had issues with the air conditioning and unfortunately while the front desk girl the first 2nights was very pleasant she didnt take care of the issue as promised. My husband had to find a maintenance man directly to resolve. Having said that tho, when I spoke to someone else about our issue she was quick to apologize and try to make things right.
