Not happy Our keys to enter the building stopped working and we had to get new keys 2 separate times! Also after we checked out my card was double charged and the hotel said that they could not help me I have to dispute it with my bank to HOPEFULLY get my money back in 30-45 days.
My wife life
Tiara Weaver It was pretty bad. We got there and immediately noticed the smell. Why did my room smell like instant raman. Next off... we were supposed to have people come in to clean.. no one showed up.. next we asked for an extra blanket but ended up getting sheets. The beds are uncomfortable. The pool was dark green. There was even a roach. Dont go here.
Hotel upgrades needèd
Not for family Worst hotel I have stayed at, gave a smoking room for a family with kids. I was contemplating leaving but was tired and cost was a factor to. Don't choose this place.
This place was awful and should not be advertised until they do some serious cleaning from the time I walked up around the front door there was trash and the trash cans was over flowing. It was a couple out front that looked like they were on drugs. The smoke detector was beeping in the hallway for a battery, kids were up and down the hallways late noisy, room smelled old the toilet was not working well and when I left out this morning it was trash up and down the hallway.
