Cuando llegamos al hotel no habia nadie en el front desk nunca nos dieron un cuarto mi esposo y yo tenemos condiciones de salud que necesitabamos el cuarto y nuestra hija estaba junto con nosotros el servicio horrible terrible de Expidia nos colgaban las llamadas no resolvieron nada inclusive cuando se reservo se coloco el seguro de cancelacion y que ellos no podian cancelar nos dijeron tuvimos que dormir en el auto con mi hija por lo cual le solicito me rembolcen la cantidad pagada por este cuarto que nunca nos dieron graci... read more

Fuja Ao chegar no hotel não havia o quarto alugado, estávamos em 4 pessoas e um bebê, fomos colocados em um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma cama montada de solteiro, onde as duas crianças maiores tiveram que dividir, ficaram de nos realocar para nosso quarto no dia seguinte, em resumo, ficamos 3 dias no quarto de 2 pessoas e saímos por não haver quartos. They clearly boosted their rating. Rooms are actually filthy, caked on food from the hot plate was stuck to fridge, shower floor stained yellow, room is dusty. Staff failed to communicate with anyone about no hot water and did not fix it for an entire day. Also they didnt inform anyone when it was fixed. Laundry room not sufficent for the amout of guests and also filthy. The only place to put trash is miles away from your room outside and in thr back of the building. A lot of shady charachters just hanging out. No security cameras upstars, just in the lobby. Paper thin walls. Police CONSTANTLY showing up. Im cutting my stay short for a more secure location.

DO NOT STAY HERE Awful experience. We checked out IMMEDIATELY after seeing the room. They said on their website that they offered free breakfast and when we arrived they didn't. Felt very unsafe!!!!!! People lurking everywhere!

Very dirty and old Pretty bad, as soon as I entered I killed two cockroaches, and they closed the lobby, in the morning before leaving I wanted to talk to someone and it was closed

The location is good, close to downtown. Some suspicious people walked around which made me feel unsafe. Also super loud at midnight 3am, the person at upstair made a lot foot step and floor pouching noises, it was very annoying. No breakfast offered. Overall, it’s worth the price.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL Dirty and NOT THE ROOM I PAID FOR!!! I paid for a two bed, pull out couch room and was downgraded to a one bed with a chair. This room had hair on the counter in bathroom and kitchen, fridge was gross and rusted, bathtub WAS DIRTY. My daughter and I literally went to sleep and pushed the recliner in front of the door because it felt so in-safe!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.
