Staff was nice and helpful, Booked a double bed with a couch, first thing there was a hole on the door for the room , hole in the bathroom behind the door, the base board for the kitchen area was peeling off. When you take a shower you can smell the sewage coming from the drains, there was no trash bin or trash bags , there was no extra linens had to request for some, there was NO room service until after 14 days of stay. Found bugs on our bed.
One of the most worst stays I’ve had. The room was dirty and smelled so disgusting when I arrived. Shower was rusting everything was outdated and the pool has not been up and running in over a year. I will never stay again
Tried to check in after hours. Was told I would recieve help and no one came. Waiting 30mins or so. Still no one came to help. I ended up leaving without getting checked in. I called for a refund and none was given. Terrible service and paying without staying is ridiculous
Noisy air conditioner, floors not clean
No staffing.we could not check in when we were told latest check on was 11.i had to get another hotel.
