There were roaches around the sink and stove area (I killed at least 3). The bathroom wall tiles were dirty , especially in the joints. The bed was comfortable. The grounds and building were in good condition.

The staff was amazing!!!! Super sweet front desk ladies. I really liked that they provided pots, pans and tableware. The room was a bit run down and several things while still functional were cracked or broken. The lobby was nice and decorated for Christmas. The only thing was that there was a strange smell in the hallway before we got to our room.

After cancelling a reservation at Town Suites for the must disgusting room ever, I found Extended Stay America in Google. I was lucky to find a room here as it was late on Friday Night. Front desk lady, Selam, was very courteous and friendly. She definitely went the extra mile with her customer service skills. Breakfast could use some improvement. There was oatmeal bags, but no bowls or spoons to prepare one. There was nobody checking on items that were needed or used. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a spoon.
