Horrible Hotel!!! Hotel is dirty, smells like wet dog, has to ask for clean sheets as the sheets in the room were disgusting, the environment was not very pleasant, lots of drug junkies roaming in the hallways and around the area. Such a horrible experience, my kids would ask who are those people? First time and would never go back to a Extended Stay America Hotel

Hotel name is misleading One of my biggest complaints about this hotel was how frustrating it was to try to extend my stay here. No one at the front desk was able to extend my stay, and I was repeatedly told to come back the next day, to the point where my room was no longer available. Also, our room was only cleaned once during our entire five week stay. It was the second day we were there. The wifi left something to be desired. Poot service Staff wasn’t very friendly when I checked in, they thoug I was in the wrong building until later he apologyse for the misunderstanding, room was ok condition, Closet doors were not open property

Not clean Two cockroaches. Very small breakfast, not even a table to eat.

Cannot recommend. The place was filthy. Fitness room equipment was inoperable. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. About 5 years past needing maintenance. Even the elevator safety certification was out of date. Look elsewhere.

Extremely poor service and accommodation Completely awful from the start. Have only been checked in for 10 minutes, the late night desk clerk took 10 minutes to open the door for us to even get in the building to check in. She seemed completely out of it, or on something... I'm from Wisconsin and my address on our receipt says my address is in Orlando, FL. The clerk also checked us into a room that had trash everywhere, dirty, unmade bedsheets and obviously had never been cleaned so I had to go back and get a different room.... read more

Just awful Bathroom with dirty toilet, leaky faucet, missing plunger. No curtains and bright lights shining in room. TV was so small I couldn't see it. Dog barking constantly for hours and front desk said they can't do anything. We did they put a dog smack in the middle of the hotel? Loud music in several rooms late a night. Front desk tried to double charge me. Just awful.

Upset It's was awful roaches in the room and the sink was stopped and room was not clean on daily basis. Had to make up own bed and dump trash myself.
