I wouldn't stay even it were free. My stove began giving out smoke. The entire room was full of smoke and we contacted the front desk. Front desk gentlemen came and took apart the smoke detector and brought a fan to ventilate the room. My wife's lungs were burning and I began having a asthma attack. The front desk manager told us that all rooms are full and we can not accommodate. So we slept in the car. Called extended stay guest relations 4 times and nothing has been done. Not so great... The room was not the cleanest. It reeked of old cigars (supposedly a smoke free room). Never saw housekeeping. Kitchen area was grungy. The bathroom had one small light for whole room and felt more like a cave than a bathroom. Overall, it just did not meet my expectations.

Very disappointing You have to call the front desk and ask for dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a coffee pot to be brought to the room. Than wait for 2 hours before you receive them. There are no ice machines anywhere in the hotel and you will be told there are empty ice trays in your refrigerator (hope you don’t want a cold drink anytime soon). Their internet site states “A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily.” The breakfast includes oatmeal, yogurt, and breakfast bars, very disappointing they don’t even off... read more

Staff kind, quality of the room poor. Very much appreciated the professional staff, but was extremely disappointed in the room, which smelled like old fried food. Other than that, it was clean and perfunctory. Having stayed in Extended Stay's before, this one seemed old and a little worn - I expected a bit more.

No window blinds? I wont be back. I selected a suite since it was the only option left. Room #106 was huge and nicely appointed. However, there were areas that need improvement: Bathroom- Nicotine stained ceiling; Hairs stuck to shower curtain, outside of tub and ceiling; Noisy and poorly working exhaust fan; shower would only get to luke warm nowhere near hot. paint on door peeling over a large area. Extended stay America SUCKS The room was dirty. Crumbs in cabinets. No clean towels unless you go to desk and ask. No cleaning service. No dishes to use in the kitchen. Horrible hotel for the price.

Not staying there again The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Dirty hallways with food remnants on the floor. Pest control came in to spray.
