Convenient and good location. Perfect location for universal studios. Hotels corridors smells bad especially elevator!
Convenient and clean We liked the fact that we were able 2 take our pet. It was comfortable. It was close to the parks and to shopping centers. Definitely wold stay again.

Nice comfortable room We checked in late around 10pm. A very quick check-in. The girl at the front desk had everything printed out already and the keys ready. All I had to do is show ID and a credit card for essentials, signed the paper and we were in the room in 5 minutes. The only room was newly refinished and very clean. The bathroom was really nice with a deep tub so I could take a nice hot bath after a long day. Bed was comfortable and clean. They couldn't provide us with additional pillows ..... a hotel this big should have enough supplies for their guests
